We’ve seen the ache in women who don’t have time to be with themselves.

We’ve held the heartbreak of mothers, lovers, and leaders who’ve forgotten their own sensuality and what it feels like to be in their body and out of their heads.

In this three-hour workshop, Scarlit Hearts and Cleo Darling—two seasoned movement specialists, embodiment facilitators, and performing burlesque artists—guide you through a sensual movement journey rooted in deep reconnection and presence.

With over 15 years of experience, Scarlit brings the hypnotic fluidity of floor work and crowned performance artistry. Cleo’s background in transformative coaching and integrative movement practices offers a unique emotional alchemy. Together they’ve spent years supporting women in reclaiming their bodies, their sensuality, and their inner voice through movement and mentoring.

While we draw inspiration from burlesque’s playful and powerful presence, this is not a stripping class.
This is a fully-clothed experience.
You are not expected to perform, expose, or entertain—only to explore what it feels like to move in your own skin.
