Due to the ongoing increases in local petrol prices and courier service charges, we have had to review our delivery structure to ensure we can keep bringing you the products you love.
All Door-to-Door Courier orders will now ship at a simple R69 flat rate. This helps us bridge the gap so we can continue providing a reliable, high-standard delivery service right to your door.
Collections ( R0 – Cape Town Only)
All shipping and collection of products is subject to availability and receipt of payment and payment reflecting in our bank account. Requests will usually be processed within 24 hours. If the item is out of stock the customer will be notified via email. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Shipping is confirmed by way of email notification. You will receive a tracking/Waybill number once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery time is calculated in working days (not including weekends and public holidays) from despatched time of goods, not order of goods.
Please provide us with a physical address and contact number. Please note out-of-area destinations will be quoted for delivery. While we take every care and make every effort to make sure your parcel arrives timelessly and in good order, we cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by third parties such as the post office or courier company. However, we undertake to do our best to sort out problems should they arise.
