Door to Door Couriers (R95)

  • 2-4 working day
  • The delivery will be made to a physical address of your choice during working hours to all main centres in RSA
  • Outlying areas may take up to 2 days and involves an extra cost (please contact us before placing an order)
  • Please make sure the address you provide us is accessible and that there is someone to accept the parcel

Collections ( R0 – Cape Town Only)

  • Cape Town Only
  • You do have the option to arrange collection from our shop in Milnerton.
  • Other collection/delivery arrangements can be made.

Free Delivery over R750

  • 2-4 working days
  • Door to door Courier services (main canters in RSA only)
  • The delivery will be made to a physical address of your choice during working hours to all main centres in RSA
  • Out of main centres deliveries will be made free by SA Post Office services to the nearest post office, 4-7 working days
  • Please make sure the address you provide us is accessible and that there is someone to accept the parcel

Shipping Rates

All shipping and collection of products is subject to availability and receipt of payment and payment reflecting in our bank account. Requests will usually be processed within 24 hours. If the item is out of stock the customer will be notified via email. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Shipping is confirmed by way of email notification. You will receive a tracking/Waybill number once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery time is calculated in working days (not including weekends and public holidays) from despatched time of goods, not order of goods.

Please provide us with a physical address and contact number. Please note out-of-area destinations will be quoted for delivery. While we take every care and make every effort to make sure your parcel arrives timelessly and in good order, we cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by third parties such as the post office or courier company. However, we undertake to do our best to sort out problems should they arise.
