Returns Policy

For obvious hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on intimate items. However some of our products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults as per the individual terms of the manufacturer. Products under warranty can be returned up to one or three years, depending on the product’s warranty specifications

Please read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions regarding care and use of the products as products that are damaged by inappropriate use cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We will send faulty product back to the manufacturers for assessment under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned in its original, undamaged packaging
  • The item has not been soiled, altered or damaged in any way
  • The item is accompanied by its original receipt
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

Based on the findings of the manufacturer; the item will be replaced or repaired, depending on the circumstance.

If a product is damaged in transit, or an incorrect product has been sent, please contact us immediately for a quick solution.

No CASH refunds under any circumstances.
