If the item is out of stock the customer will be notified via email. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Shipping is confirmed by way of email notification. You will receive a tracking/Waybill number once your order has been dispatched.

Cleansing with a shower douche is simple once you know the basics. Follow these steps for a safe, smooth experience:
Unscrew your existing showerhead from the hose.
Screw the BMS Factory Stainless Steel Shower Douche firmly onto the shower hose connector (make sure the rubber washer is inside to prevent leaks).
Turn on the shower and test the water temperature on your inner wrist or thigh. The water should be lukewarm—never hot or cold.
Adjust the water pressure to a gentle, low flow. High water pressure can cause discomfort or internal irritation.
Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to the tip of the douche and your body.
Get into a comfortable position (such as squatting in the shower or standing with one leg elevated).
Gently insert the lubricated tip into your body. Never force it; take slow, deep breaths to help your muscles relax.
Allow a small amount of warm water to flow in for a few seconds. Do not overfill.
Remove the nozzle, hold the water briefly, and allow your body to naturally expel it into the drain or toilet.
Repeat the process 2 to 3 times until the expelled water runs completely clear.
