Shipping Rates
All shipping and collection of products is subject to availability and receipt of payment and payment reflecting in our bank account. Requests will usually be processed within 24 hours. If the item is out of stock the customer will be notified via email. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Shipping is confirmed by way of email notification. You will receive a tracking/Waybill number once your order has been dispatched.

Turn off the device before charging. The cable can be plugged into any USB port or USB/AC power adapter to start charging. It will take approximately 2.5 hours to fully charge. Once it is fully charged, the solid red light will turn off.
Note:Â It is a magnetic charger and will only work if positioned correctly. When attempting to charge, if a solid red light doesn’t turn on, rotate the cable 180 degrees. DO NOT use the toy while charging.
It is necessary to properly apply Water Based lube to your body and the toy before insertion.
