This masterclass was created because we’ve all felt this way. 

Women feel the ache when they don’t have time to be with themselves.

The heartbreak of mothers, lovers, and leaders who’ve forgotten their own powerful directionality of sensuality and what it feels like to be in their body and out of their heads.

In this three-hour workshop, you will be guided through a sensual movement journey rooted in deep reconnection and presence.

A playground of the hypnotic grounded presence in floorwork with Cleo’s background in transformative coaching and integrative movement practices offers a unique emotional alchemy. Time spent helping women in reclaiming their bodies, their sensuality, and their inner voice through movement and mentoring comes into a centred space here. 

This workshop is one that orientates to:

Connecting to self instead of performing.

The foundation of feeling as the base to awareness and therefore transformation.

Sensuality as the intimacy that has been missing.

Remembering is a body felt sense.

While inspiration is drawn from burlesque’s playful and powerful presence, this is not a stripping class.
This is a fully-clothed experience.
You are not expected to perform, expose, or entertain—only to explore what it feels like to move in your own skin.
