What size should you buy? Each Hydromax is designed for a specific penis size, measure yourself and use this guide to purchase your Hydromax.

You’ll need a ruler and tailor’s tape measure, or a piece of string.

Firstly, measure the length of your erect penis, by pressing the ruler lightly on your pubic bone. Write down the length from the pubic bone to the tip of your penis.

Secondly, measure the circumference of your penis, by taking the width around the middle of the shaft. You can do this with the tailor’s tape measure, or simply wrap a piece of string around the middle of the shaft then measure it against a ruler.

Use the measurements you wrote down to select the correct size penis pump.

How to use the Hydromax 3 – Penis Enlargement Pump

Using your Hydropump in the Shower: You may use the shower strap by sliding the connector onto the Hydropump leaving your hands free to wash.
1. Relax in the Shower for a few minutes.
2. Push the black pip into the closed position with your finger, remove the comfort insert (to prevent trapped air) then invert the Hydropump under
the shower head until full of water.
3. Replace the comfort insert.
4. Place the Hydropump over your flaccid penis tight up to your pelvic seat with the black pip in the closed position. The chamfer can be
positioned facing either upwards or downwards depending on your level of comfort.
5. Make a seal against your body, ensuring that the positioning is comfortable and that your testicles are well clear.
6. With the Hydropump angled slightly upwards, open the valve by pushing the black pip to the central position and commence pumping.
7. Ensure that the black pip is in the central (open) position when pumping.
8. Pump slowly and evenly until the bellows remain depressed, indicating that optimal vacuum has been achieved.
9. Ensure you follow the recommended correct use instructions.
10. To remove the Hydropump, release the vacuum by depressing the valve cap inwards to activate the quick-release mechanism and slide the
Hydropump off your penis.
Using your Hydropump in the bath
