I have had mine for probably a year now. The first time I used it, I overdid it a bit causing red spots (kind of like love bites) all over my dick. I’d much rather have to be careful than getting frustrated with a leaking seal and a weak pump. This seal somehow still works even when my shaft isn’t shaved and the hair is getting rather long. I use it mostly as a toy/workout device. I have used it to pump up my dick really hard for intercourse a couple of times, which is also a lot of fun. Good quality construction. A little complicated to service, but there are videos on YouTube to guide you. I am using the largest seal/cock ring for the most part when I am playing/exercising and the second largest one if I want to keep it hard for intercourse. I wouldn’t mind having it a little wider at the base where the seal goes, because it kind of catches on my dick when I take the pump off. So, this may be a problem if you have a really thick dick. Also, sometimes when I pump it up really hard, it’s kind of difficult to break the seal to release the suction, but I just keep pushing and releasing a couple of times on the edge of the seal, letting in a little air at a time until the seal is broken to get it off. But I also love rather extreme suction which isn’t really necessary, so, this probably wouldn’t be an issue if it is used as intended. It is also nice to be able to use it in bed unlike the ones that work with water. I love it and may get a second one in order to be able to modify this one, making it wider at the base and having a new seal 3d printed or something. Don’t try all of this stuff at home. 😉
