All shipping and collection of products is subject to availability and receipt of payment and payment reflecting in our bank account. Requests will usually be processed within 24 hours. If the item is out of stock the customer will be notified via email. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Shipping is confirmed by way of email notification. You will receive a tracking/Waybill number once your order has been dispatched.

This vibrator has 2 buttons used for turning ON/OFF, incremental speed control, and travel lock.
The top button controls the internal motor.
The bottom button controls the clitoral motor.
Travel Lock/ Unlock:
Press and hold both buttons for 4 seconds, or until you feel 2 quick vibrations. When travelling, always put your SWAN® in the “travel lock” mode.
ON/OFF:
To turn on the internal motor, press the top button once.
To turn on the clitoral motor, press the bottom button once.
The button(s) will light up when the vibrator is on. Press the button(s) again at any time to turn the vibrations off.
Incremental Speed:
Press and hold the top button to increase power within the internal motor.
Press and hold the bottom button to increase power within the clitoral motor.
As the power increases, the button(s) will flash and will stop flashing once the maximum power is reached. Let go of the button(s) at any time or once you have reached your desired speed.
Charging:
Insert the pin of the USB cord into the charge port located on the bottom of The Empress Swan, and then plug the USB cord into a USB wall adaptor. The LED light will glow, indicating that the unit is charging. When the unit is fully charged, the light will disappear. After charging is complete, The Empress Swan will unlock automatically and be ready for use.
If the product will not be used for long periods of time, the battery should be recharged at least once every three months. If possible, avoid fully draining the battery. Charge often between uses to prolong battery life. Only charge with the USB cord provided.
It is important to clean your product with toy cleaner before and after every use. To clean, simply spray or pump the cleaner onto a cloth or directly onto the applicable surface, and wipe. Rinse away the cleaner with water and leave the product to air dry.
Always unplug before cleaning and allow to completely dry before use. Do not use any type of solvents such as alcohol or benzene, which may damage not only the finish, but the product itself. To avoid shock, keep the USB cord free from tangling and inspect it for damage frequently.
