You’ll need a ruler and tailor’s tape measure, or a piece of string.

Firstly, measure the length of your erect penis, by pressing the ruler lightly on your pubic bone. Write down the length from the pubic bone to the tip of your penis.

Secondly, measure the circumference of your penis, by taking the width around the middle of the shaft. You can do this with the tailor’s tape measure, or simply wrap a piece of string around the middle of the shaft, then measure it against a ruler.

Use the measurements you wrote down to select the correct size penis pump.
