How to use Bloom:

Simply insert Bloom into your vagina and squeeze to strengthen your PC muscles. We recommend starting with the lightest Kegel ball. You can turn on vibration mode for added pleasure. Now squeeze and release.
Try to only activate your PC muscle, and not the surrounding muscles (thighs, glutes or abs).
When doing Kegel exercises with Bloom by We-Vibe, with each squeeze it should feel like you’re drawing Bloom up, slightly toward your belly button, not pushing it out.
Try doing your Kegel exercise in front of a mirror for some visual support. Your perineum (the area between your vagina and anus) should contract with each squeeze.
As your muscles get stronger, increase the intensity of your workout by using heavier weighted balls.

Attach the desired weight by screwing on one of three balls provided with Bloom.
Pair Bloom with your smartphone. Press and hold down the control button for 5 seconds until it pulses twice.
Gently insert Bloom into the vagina, keeping the retrieval stem outside your body.
